Each step has a different responsibility
Observation captures market context. Detection identifies a defined condition. Validation tests whether the evidence is reliable. Investigation builds a fuller picture. Human judgment decides what, if anything, should happen next.
Prospective operational observation
GridPulse Live handles operational market observation. Its evidence is interpreted according to what the system could know at the relevant moment, without using later information to rewrite that context.
Controlled evaluation outside Live
GridPulse Research is a separate environment for formulating and evaluating ideas. Its work does not silently become an operational conclusion.
Later knowledge must not rewrite earlier evidence
Provenance records where information came from, while point-in-time reasoning protects the boundary between prospective observation and retrospective analysis.
